After receiving the payment, the order is sent by Paquita France within one working day.
The delivery time in the national territory is estimated by our main carrier "La Poste" at 1 or 2 working days.
For shipments in Europe, the deadlines are in the range of 5 to 6 working days ; for the rest of the world, they can reach 21 working days.
All our products are shipped with a tracking number communicated to the customer ; our preferred carrier is "La Poste".
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Orders are sent by La Poste in Letter with Follow-Up, Registered Letter, simple Colissimo or registered Colissimo (delivery service with tracking, delivery with or without signature depending on option). Delivery times are indicative ("La Poste" data); if they exceed thirty days from the order, the contract of sale may be terminated and the buyer refunded. The company Paquita France will be able to provide by email to the buyer the tracking number of his parcel. In Letter with Follow-Up or Simple Colissimo mode, the order is deposited in the mailbox of the buyer; in Registered mode, the package is delivered to his home by his postman. In case of absence of the buyer, he will receive a notice of passage of his postman, which allows him to withdraw the products ordered at the nearest post office, for a period indicated by the postal services. Transport risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of Paquita France. The buyer is obliged to check in the presence of the employee of La Poste or the delivery person, the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents upon delivery. In case of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
